This lovely patient was born with Hypodontia, this means that the teeth are smaller than they should be and therefore the teeth are gappy. If the gaps were to be closed with orthodontics, it would lead to trauma, bite and jaw joint problems.
We discussed composite bonding and porcelain veneers and Ruby decided she wanted the more permanent solution of porcelain.
She had 10 upper veneers and 6 lower veneers to close all the gaps and give her a beautiful smile.
