Comprehensive diagnosis

We gather Kois-based records including photographs, digital scans and CBCT imaging to map every tooth, your bite relationship, bone volume and jaw joint status. No rehabilitation begins until we understand exactly why the breakdown occurred and what must be corrected for the result to last.

Occlusion and airway assessment

A stable bite is the foundation of every rehabilitation. We analyse your occlusion in detail and assess whether airway restriction or sleep-disordered breathing is driving grinding or wear. Addressing these factors first prevents the new restorations from failing for the same reasons the old ones did.

Palatal expansion where indicated

In some cases a narrow arch contributes to crowding, wear or airway compromise. Adult palatal expansion can create the space needed for a stable, well-supported rehabilitation before restorative work begins, reducing the need to cut down healthy teeth.

Staged restoration

Restoration is sequenced in phases, starting with the back teeth that support your bite, then moving to the front. Depending on your plan this may include composite bonding, veneers, crowns, bridges or dental implants, each placed only when the foundation is ready.
