Carole Brennan is a highly experienced Dental Hygienist, Myofunctional Therapist, and Buteyko Breathing Practitioner, with over 45 years’ experience within the dental profession. Her career spans advanced clinical practice, postgraduate education, course design, and leadership roles within both military and civilian dentistry.
Carole trained as a Dental Hygienist in the Royal Air Force (RAF), where she later became a Tutor and subsequently Officer in Charge of Dental Hygienist Training, overseeing curriculum development and the transition to a student-centred educational model. Alongside her extensive hygiene background, Carole has developed specialist expertise in orofacial myofunctional therapy, airway health, breathing retraining, and early interceptive orthodontic support.
She now works collaboratively within airway-focused, early interceptive orthodontic teams, supporting both children and adults through personalised coaching, education, and therapy aimed at optimising oral function, breathing, growth, and overall health.
